When choosing our Reconditioned Yamaha U3 for our daughter who is doing Grade 6 we visited many shops. We decided to buy from Chiltern Pianos due to the knowledge and range of pianos. Renato even voiced the piano of her choice to her requirements, and aftersales has been just as good!

Compared to other competitors around London, prices at Chiltern Pianos are UNBEATABLE and service quality just as good. We wanted a Yamaha U1 but were not sure this was a good choice for us. So we asked Jack many questions about the way he refurbished his pianos, the year of manufacturing he would recommend, why, etc. and really tried his patience I must say. However Jack showed professionalism at all time and provided a great service! He even went the extra mile and moved heaven and earth for us to be delivered our piano within one week from buying as we wished. We are extremely pleased with our new piano (and stool from Japan too!) and can’t recommend Jack and his team highly enough! Go and have a look at his showroom, you won’t be disappointed!

Chiltern Pianos are professional and knowledgeable and amazing to deal with.
